Product intelligence for Turkish e-commerce

Product content and
competitor prices,
in one API.

Give us a barcode: packdex writes the description, fills in the attributes and tracks every seller price on the market. Manage it from the dashboard or pull it straight into your own systems.

Content enrichment

No product left without content. And none with hidden risk.

packdex fills the empty descriptions and missing attributes in your catalogue: it collects verified data from the web, writes the copy and flags the risks — the decision to publish is always yours.

Automatic descriptions

Information gathered from the channels where the product is sold turns into a single, consistent, sales-ready description; text that fails the quality filter never reaches you.

Attribute filling

Colour, capacity, size, compatibility... The structured fields you need for filterable listings are extracted from the sources and mapped onto your schema.

Colour: BlackBattery: 40 hBluetooth: 5.3Type: On-ear+9 fields

Human-approved publishing

Nothing goes live on its own: every generated description lands on your approval screen, and your team approves or edits it with one click.

Legal risk filter

If incoming text hides a competitor name, a link or contact details, it is flagged on the approval screen — no surprises make it into your storefront.

Price tracking

The whole market on one screen.

Seller-level tracking

Not random marketplace sellers, but your competitors: flag specific stores and their prices are labelled separately in every response.

Checkout promotions

It reads the “10% off at checkout” line and converts it into a real price — aware of every trap in Turkish promotion wording.

Price change feed

Who cut the price, where and by how much? Every move across your portfolio in a single list.

Coverage & stock

Which product sells on which channel, where it went out of stock — a platform × product matrix.

OUT

Instant alerts

When the market minimum is broken your webhook fires: on a threshold, on a percentage or on every change.

Automatic discovery

Give us a barcode; packdex finds the channels selling that product itself, verifies them and puts them under tracking.

Who it's for

Three teams, one source of truth.

E-commerce operations

Stop waiting on a content team to fill empty descriptions and missing attributes. Send the barcode, get a draft for approval.

Category and pricing managers

Which seller cut the price, on which channel, and when? See the effective price, cart campaigns included, in one list.

Developers

Pull the same data into your own stack over REST and webhooks. Start from the docs and integrate the same day, no dashboard required.

Coverage

Turkey's major sales channels, tracked.

31 channels with per-seller tracking; new channel requests are scoped as part of the quote.

How it works

From barcode to webhook in four steps.

  1. STEP 1

    Send the EAN

The barcode and the product name are enough; no catalogue file, no mapping table.

  2. STEP 2

    Discovery runs

packdex finds the channels selling the product, verifies the product pages and stores them as sources.

  3. STEP 3

    Data accumulates

Content is written and sent for your approval; prices are crawled at your chosen frequency with seller, promotion and stock data.

  4. STEP 4

    It flows to you

REST API, webhook or dashboard — all three tell the same story, pick yours.

API-first

You are not stuck with the dashboard.

Every capability is a REST endpoint too: write prices into your own database, push approved content onto your own storefront. One API key, transparent usage-based metering, a hands-on integration guide.

Pricing

Per SKU, transparent.

The fee follows the number of SKUs you track and the crawl frequency; channel count is included and there are no surprise line items. Every quote ships with a per-SKU cost table and a sample monthly invoice, so you never decide without seeing it on paper.

Which sites are tracked?+

31 Turkish sales channels: hepsiburada, trendyol, akakçe, n11, teknosa, epey and others. Adding a channel to the list is a configuration job, not a software release.

How fresh is the data?+

Tracked products are crawled at your chosen frequency (hourly at the most frequent); ad-hoc queries return within a few minutes and results are cached.

How long does integration take?+

With the REST API and the integration guide you usually pull your first price data the same day. Setting up a webhook is a matter of giving us one URL.

Where does the product content come from?+

Verified information collected from the channels selling the product is merged into a single description and put through quality and risk filters. Text that fails the filter is never shown to you; the rest goes to your approval screen.

Is externally sourced content legally safe?+

Collected descriptions pass a risk filter before publication: competitor names, links and contact details are flagged; the final call is always on your approval screen.

Who owns our data?+

The price history and content collected on your behalf belong to you; you can export all of it through the API whenever you like.

Let us write the content and watch the prices.
